  • Why Rent a Filmbox Studio™ Photo Booth?

    Filmbox Studio™ is your premiere photo booth rental company. Nothing compares to the fun and excitement provided by our booths!   • How does the photo booth work?

    At Filmbox Studio™, we have simplified the process to 3 easy steps: Walk in, Select the B&W or Color button, and start the fun! Once you and your friends press either the B&W or Color button, 4 consecutive pictures will be taken 6 seconds apart with a countdown clock on the screen to ready you for each picture. Then exit the booth and enjoy the memory you’ve just created!

  • Is there a limit to how many pictures can be taken in the booth?

    Not at all! All Filmbox Studio™ packages include UNLIMITED pictures during your rented hours of service. In fact, we like to refer to the old adage, “The more the merrier!”

  • Does the booth allow for handicap access?

    Absolutely! Our booth is friendly and accessible for wheelchairs, crutches, walkers and various other types of assisted mobility. With the inside of our booth being 36 square feet at ground level, we can easily accommodate just about anyone!

  • Is there a Deposit and how much is it?

    Yes, there is a deposit required to secure a Filmbox Studio™ booth for your event. We require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit fee on all photo booth rentals. The balance of the package is due no later than 30 days before your event.

  • How long can I rent the booth for?

    Our packages begin with a 2-hour rental (weekdays only) and go up to 4 hours. You may add additional time to any package at a rate of $125 per hour. You may rent a booth for more than 4 hours if you would like, though we find that a 5-hour rental is suitable for most large events. If you are interested in renting a booth for an extended period, please send us an email so we can we can work with you directly.

  • Can my guests gain access to event photos?

    Yes, if the online gallery option is included or added to your rental package, all images will be privately hosted online for viewing. Guests may also download printable versions of all event photos free of charge

  • How can I find out if my date is available?

    The best way to find out if the date you want is available is simple, just ask! Please take a second to briefly tell us about your event and when you’d like to rent the booth, and someone from our team will get in touch with you about availability.

  • Will there by an attendant on hand during my event?

    Yes, all Filmbox Studio™ booths come with a friendly attendant to be there on-site to assist your guests with their photo booth experience. We also like to have an attendant on-site at all times with our booths to ensure that everything remains in prefect working order throughout your event and to immediately detect and rectify any problems, should they arise.

  • Is there an additional fee for delivery, setup and breakdown?

    No there is not! All Filmbox Studio™ rentals include setup and breakdown. We also do not charge for delivery. However, depending on where your event is located, there may be a travel fee added to the package price.

  • How long does it take for photos to be posted online?

    When you rent a photo booth from Filmbox Studio™ your online gallery is posted within 3 business days of the event. All galleries are password protected so you choose who can login and see them. We also like to remind our clients specific photographs can be excluded from a gallery upon request.

  • Can my image gallery be password protected for private viewing?

    Absolutely, passwords are generated prior to your event so we can put them on the photo banner, this allows everyone at your event to easily access and dowload images online. If you would like to give out the password to a select few, we can exclude it from the prints and give it to your privately.

  • What arrangements should I make for the booth?

    All that is required is a standard 120V electrical outlet and enough space to for the booth to operate. The photo booth dimensions are 6 ft. (long) x 6 ft. (wide) x 8 ft. (tall), though we recommend an area of roughly 12 ft. x 12 ft. This allows enough space for guests to circulate through the booth and receive their photos.

  • Can you accommodate an outdoor event?

    Of course we can! Filmbox Studio™ requires a level surface, a reliable power source and a covered area to operate outside. If there is no power source at your event, no problem, we can help supply a quiet generator that can power the booth.

  • Can a custom message be included with the photo?

    Yes, we can help you create your own customized event banner that will be printed on every photo. Whether you have a special message, logo, or need help designing one, we can make sure every photo is customized to your liking.The Custom Banners are included starting with the Deluxe Package, or just ask to have it added on to any of our Packages.
